On February 10, 2008 the first annualTeenLife Boston COMMUNITY SERVICE FAIR will be held at the Atrium Mall in Chestnut Hill from 2 to 5 pm. Students, parents and teachers will be able to meet with representatives from a wide variety of organizations about service opportunities for middle and high school students in Greater Boston. Attendance is free! The Fair is sponsored by Google, the United Way, and several retailers and restaurants in the Mall. The first 500 students to register will receive a special gift bag when they check in at the registration table!
You will also be able to purchase the Guide to Community Service which profiles over 200 non-profits in the Greater Boston area who welcome involvement by teens.
TeenLife Boston connects middle and high school students in the Greater Boston area with "opportunities beyond school" such as summer programs, community service options, and internships.
